as above: house extension to front of detatched house, extending out to part integral garage and adding a pitched roof. changing the position of front door and window, adding loft space to the garage, renovation of interior room to include changing the staircase from 'L-shape' to a straight staircase and adding stair rails. replastering the whole room, adding electric points, New floor, Plumbing work required to move radiator. New Door on understairs cupboard. Planning permission is required - not yet arranged Do I need plans from an architect?
