Builder to fit mock fire place in bedroom

The bedroom has an existing chimney breast that used to hold a fire place. I would like it restored it with a mock fire place only for decorative purposes. We have sourced a fire place already. The property is Edwardian. The bedroom is on the 1st floor above the living room. The living room has a gas fire connected to the same chimney breast.
