Building a wall

We need a small wall building, roughly 9mtrs long and about 1 mtr high its for a drive way so we need a pillar building at the end of the wall. And also finish building a wall that has all ready been started, its two sided one is rock face block (need two more courses high and about 3 mtrs long) then finishing off the brick on the front (3mtrs x 1mtr). I have the bricks and i have a tonne of building sand. The property is in Penarth and need the work doing asap.
