Building of an understairs cupboard

The cupboard is to fit under a staircase that goes from the ground floor up to the first floor The height at the tallest end is 2500mm (left side), the height at the smallest end is 950mm (right side, the distance between the two ends is 2300mm and the depth of the cupboard would be 800mm (from current wall). I would like two open shelves one above the other at the right end 500mm wide from the right hand side. Then an enclosed cupboard from the shelves to the left side with one standard door facing out of the long side near the left hand edge. Time frame is loose so happy to fit with the right quote.
