Bury cable and skim coat plaster bedroom

I have a room (3.25m x 2.07m and 2.38m high). The required work is as follows: - Bury cabling/switch associated with light fitting and fit new pendant light / mounting box for switch. This is in conduit and 4m long in total (1m up wall, 2m across wall and 1m along ceiling); - Skim coat of plaster over whole room including ceiling (plus behind radiator which I will remove). I will empty the room, and remove the existing skirting board and radiator. I will be putting up more jobs relating to this project so please keep an eye out. All materials, except the new pendant light and light switch + box, should be included in your quote. I'd also like the room to be as clean and liveable as possible after you finish - I'll need to live in it for a few weeks while it dries! I would like to do this job at the end of the month (although dates are negotiable). Site visit can be arranged. Any questions, just ask.
