central heating timer repair

I have a Worcester condensing boiler fitted by British Gas about 4 years ago. It was set up with a radio sensor timer on the landing. The boiler is working fine, plenty of hot water. The radio snsor (RC5) is showing the flame signal so the heating should be on but it isnt. I have replaced the batteries in sensor and water pressure is ok in boiler. Can someone help sort this out as we have no way of putting heating on. Job is in Huddersfield HD3
