Change a double glazing window glass pane and repair / fix a window frame door / opening

My downstairs double glazed window- the middle window glass pane (size approx 54 x117cm), has condensation in it at times, so I think this needs replacing. My upstairs double glazed bay window, has 2 opening window doors, on the top at either end. But one of the small opening doors is faulty, and does not close well, and so there is a small gap in the frame when close. So this part needs fixing or replacing. Price includes labour and materials.
