Chimney Removal/support

We are looking for a fully qualified and insured roofer/builder to remove our chimney stack on a party wall down to roof level and then on our side down to the top of the second floor. We have the permission of our neighbours to carry out this work but we will not have access to their property at the time. The roof consists of small red tiles and approximately 0.75-1sq/m will need replacing to make the roof good. The chimney breast at second floor height is 50/50cm. We have had quotes from builders to compare and we are hoping to agree terms and a completion date before christmas. We would hope any contractor would be able to visit onsight to confirm quote details and would appreciate it if we could see evidence of previous works (photo/testimonial).
