Chimney Repair

There is some water coming through the chimney breast wall in an upstairs bedroom. It could be a loose chimney cap caused by the recent high winds or the chimney could be damaged but it's difficult to tell without going onto the roof. I would like a quote for repairing the above. I would also like a quote for the re-tilling of the whole roof. It's a 3 bed mid-terraced house in Paisley.
