Chimney repointing and flashing AND roofline inc guttering, soffits and facias

I have one tile with has slipped slightly from the flashing by my chimney. I would like this tile repositioned and the chimney flashing to be either repaired or replaced. I also would like the chimney repointing whilst I have someone on my roof! I assume this work will require scaffold access and so would like to combine it with another job to replace my guttering front and back and to either repair and paint the wooden soffits and facias or fit UPVC. The job is on a 3 bed semi in up hatherly in Cheltenham. There is approximately 5m of guttering etc front and back and the detached side has boards which will also need replacing/repairing.
