Chimney Stack Removal

We are looking for a fully qualified and insured roofer/builder to remove our chimney stack on a party wall down to roof level and then on our side down to the top of the second floor. We have the permission of our neighbours to carry out this work but we will not have access to their property at the time. The roof consists of small red tiles and approximately 0.75-1sq/m will need replacing to make the roof good. The chimney breast at second floor height is 50/50cm.
