Clean windows and clear guttering

Hi The outside windows need cleaning as the property is about to go onto the market and the windows haven't been cleaned for a couple of years. This would involve all windows upstairs and downstairs, pvc frames and windowsills. This would total 11 windows. Also if possible I would like the guttering cleared out although this is not essential. Thanks
