Clear basement - small job, half day's work

Hi I have a small basement (it's an area under my stairs that goes under mine and the adjoining property) that I've noticed a bit of water inside and want to get the area cleared out. There's not much in there (from what I can tell) , a few bags of junk and a bunch of mud and scum that needs bagging up (bit of a messy job) but its probably only three or four hours work. The rubbish and mud and whatnot can be left with us and we will take it to the dump ourselves. I then need you to check the area underneath thoroughly for any pipe leaks and to make sure that no water is coming in through the basement (there is a small puddle near the entrance which is worrying). The basement is only about 4 and a half foot high so it'll be a bit of a backache if you're quite tall! Due to work constraints I cannot do this myself but someone will be there to oversee the job and make payment on completion.
