Combi boiler installed and fitted to existing radiator system, back boiler and gas fire removed

currently we have a back boiler in an old chimney breast in the living room, attached to the front of this is an archaic 1970's gas fire. We would like to have the boiler and fire place removed and a combi boiler installed into the loft, attached to the existing radiators and fitted to the existing flu system.
