I have a part plumbed bathroom ready to be finished. Need to run waist system outside from bath and sink, finish connecting basin and bath (bath aleady fitted - basin not). Toilet also needs fitting in - soil stock outlet is ready. Would be no more than a days work for a skilled trademen - There is other work that needs completing in property - ie fireplace needs fitting, radiators need to be fitted - but at a later date.
