Complete Central Heating installation

I need a complete central heating system installed. I currently have warm air heating which was left by previous owners which i would like to also be removed. I'm looking at 5 radiators and new combi boiler, also a connection to an existing towel heater. I'm on a budget but am willing to spend a little extra for a better boiler. Any questions just ask.
