Basingstoke: Connect free ends of phone wires within BT master socket (ended)

Connect free ends of phone wires within BT master socket

2 year old house. Main BT socket is in the first floor. I have two additional slave phone sockets, 1 in the ground floor and 1 in the second floor. The installation has wiring from the slave sockets to the master socket, but within the master socket, the incoming wires from the slave sockets have not been connected to the external phone line. So, I only have a phone line in the main socket, the slaves are dead, despuite the wiring is there. I need somebody to connect the free ends in the main socket so I can have a live phone line and connect a modem in the slave sockets as well.
