conservatory repair

I have recently had a homebuyers report done and it has flagged up a problem with the conservatory. It is a plastic framed construction with glass wall panels built off a rendered masonry dwarf wall all under a pitched polycarbonate roof. The frame is coming away from the rear wall and the rainwater guttering sags and needs repair. In addition, the rainwater downpipe is loose and needs repair. The dwarf walls have cracked. The conservatory is approximately 3.5m x 2.6m. We are looking for quotes and then for the work to be carried out once we have moved in
