Construct cupboard around existing boiler and pipes

We have a boiler in our kitchen/diner that is attached to the wall and is kind of ugly. We require a carpenter to build a cupboard around it, with access remaining for the front control panel. We would like the cupboard to continue to the floor, with a series of shelves. The height from floor to ceiling is around 2m. The boiler is attached to the upper part of the wall, with the bottom being at around 1.4m and going up a further 80cm. We would like the work done this week or next. We have a few other smaller jobs as well. These are: add some shelves to an existing kitchen cupboard and box-in a pipe that runs across the kitchen ceiling. We're not sure if the job budget set out in the form below would include materials. We're looking to spend around £4-500 in total and we're looking for a top-notch job for the cupboard because it'll be available in our main room for everyone to see.
