A replacement staircase is needed for access to my back garden. We are the upper maisonette and the existing wooden staircase is simply too steep. Either a wooden or metal construction would be acceptable. Height needed is 1 storey. Picture attatched shows current staircase which can be just improved upon or replaced completely.
