Create built-in under-stairs cupboard (Watford) & shelving in airing cupboard

We need a built-in under-stairs cupboard made in our home. The space under our stairs is now partially closed off by a dry wall, with some space left open plan as an alcove to the lounge area. We simply need this open space to be formed into a cupboard (under stairs storage space). The width of the space to be closed off is 0.89m wide x 1.66m high. We would like the use of wood (and if necessary dry wall) for to blend with our living space. A louvered door is preferable. we would like this partially shelved. Upstairs we need shelving put into one half of our airing cupboard. We would like this to be done ASAP. We are based near Watford, Hertfordshire.
