Dear All
I have an unfinished cross-stich project that I simply don't have time to complete. It is a little out of the ordinary in that we are talking about the straps of traditional bavarian braces, but the work is the same as with any other cross-stich project. I attach a sample picture as illustration of what finished product looks like once it is sown onto leather etc.
I would like the following work to be undertaken:
- Completion of the two side straps with a pattern similar to the one shown on the attachment. The actual pattern is attached for consideration. The material is aida fabric.
- Completion will include cross-stiching the rose patterns by hand, cross stiching an initial by hand at the bottom of each strap in gold thread, and filling the rest of the straps out with black thread;
-I have and will supply all the necessary fabrics, thread etc;
- The braces are to be 120 cm long on each side (i.e. each strap), approx. 6cm wide;
- I have already completed the middle bit of the braces, so we are only talking about the side straps;
- All work must be done by hand;
I would assume completion of the project will take at least 100 - 150 hours.
Any questions, please simply ask. Please note, I will only consider people who have experience in cross-stitching, no beginners.
Michael
