Cut a window/hole in stud wall and make good

We have two adjoining rooms, separated by a hollow stud wall (approx 16 cm thick). We would like someone to cut a window/hole in this wall (in order for the rooms to feel more like one). The hole would be approx 140 cm x 250 cm and would need making good. On the lower part of the hole, we would like a simple MDF shelf added. The colour of the wall and wood paint used is Dulux natural Hessian. We would also need a Whiteboard moved (currently on wall) There is no urgency for this work, but would ideally take place out of office hours.
