Cut down an ikea kitchen cabinet to half it's depth and attaching a worktop.

I am looking for a carpenter to cut down an ikea kitchen cabinet to half it's depth finish with edge stripping etc, and attach a worktop that will already be cut to size. Similar to halving the depth of a bookcase. But in this case a small kitchen island. I might ask for additional work to be done - like putting some chrome legs on one side of the breakfast bar and hanging the unit doors too. It's this unit: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/S59852106 cut down to a depth between 22cm (instead of 43cm).
