I have damp patches on the upper part of my bungalow bedroom walls and on a lower part of another wall. Both are outside walls.
I at first suspected it was penetrative damp coming through the pebble-dash rendering but I inspected the outside area of the lower damp problem, by accessing through an air-brick, and found the cavity wall filling to be bone dry, thank goodness.
It is worse in the winter, in fact the air becomes saturated by condensation and causes mold. My health was affected last winter so I am desperate to resolve this problem before the Autumn.
