Damp Patch on Wall

I have a damp patch appearing in my lounge on the internal surface of an external wall. The damp patch becomes wetter following rain and dries out between periods of rain. I'm hoping someone will be able to provide a free quote for an investigation to determine the route of water entry and to make good any damage to prevent further dampness. The damp patch is roughly 20cm by 20 cm.
