Damp/plumbing/electrics assessment and various updating work

Builder, electrician and plumber required. Results of homebuyers survey on third floor 2 bed repossessed flat (68sq/m) have resulted in further investigation being needed into area of penetrating damp, as well as investigation into condition of electrics and plumbing. Need workmen to come to property to assess and provide quotes for both essential work and desired works including removal of 3 partition walls, new flooring etc. Will need tradesmen to come to property next week as all work needs to be quoted before we can sign contracts and complete the exchange on the property. Work will then need to be carried out mid to late Jan. Initial visit will be for quoting only!
