gurantees required for this work , please tell me how many years gurantees will be fore the damp is at 20% and is likely to cause subsidence if its not repaired here is a picture of the external part of the property to see idea of size , http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-18750807.html here are pictures of the building - demsions of the externl walls are apprimately 800sq feet - 4 walls , with a shop frontage please quote worse case scenario so i wont get a shock , there is another job to repoint as well if you want to quote for that in my jobs
