Damp walls

I have a terraced house built approx 1920 traditional brick with slate roof, that had a new roof, guttering etc a couple of years ago, but the front bedroom has damp problems in the two corners of the outide wall and under the window sill. The wall feels wet rather than just damp. I need to problem diagnosing and fixing asap.
