Painting of internals wall throughout house (paint will be provided). House is a new build so VERY minimal preperation required (there are 1/2 small cracks at top of wall that will need filling). Painting of celings, skirtings, door frams etc is NOT required. All radiators are on cable rather than pipe so can easily be lifted onto the floor to paint behind. Curtain poles will simply lift out of brackets. Dimensions of rooms as follows: Lounge: 6450 x 3550mm Dining Room: 3660 x 3450mm max Breakfast/kitchen: 6100 x 3350mm Study: 2400 x 1940mm Wc: 2020 x 850mm Bedroom 1: 6440 max x 3350mm Ensuite: 2100 x 2010mm Dressing Area: 2660 x 2150mm max Bedroom 2: 4570 x 3380mm max En-suite: 2320 x 1690mm Bedroom 3: 4200 x 2660mm max Bedroom 4: 3474 x 2346mm Bathroom: 1980 x 1700mm Hallway Each room will have a different colour scheme. 2 coats will be required in order to achieve a decent finish. Can be flexible on timings but would ideally like work started week commencing 23rd Jan. I can email a floor plan of my property if required.
