Decorating a front room

Hi am am looking for a room approx 3m x 4m to be decorated. It would require the following.... - Some small areas of wall paper to be removed - 2 cables sunk into the wall - A pipe approximately 1m to be boxed in (materials will be supplied) - All walls and ceiling skimmed - All walls and ceiling painted (paint will be supplied) - A ceiling light to be changed (light will be supplied)
