i want my landing and hall wall papering along with ceiling painting the house is a old 2 up 2 down so not massive however the walls are quite high, i will provide wallpaper paint etc obviously, you will need to provide labour and tools. Please note no hapless DIY i expect a professional job Payment will be upon completion of job
