the room is approximatley 3.7 metres in length and in width it is approximatley 3.1m and 2.54m where the chimney breast runs through and i think the room is about 29 square feet. it is an old house so the walls aren't in perfect condition but it can be easily wallpapered but will require a professional to get the best finish.
