Decorator needed, possibly be a on going job.

I want to update my house over the course of this year, starting with my living room, I need a quote as to how much for stripping, filling a few small holes, wall papering, ceiling and gloss painting and any other related things that need doing in the room, room is aprox 21ft long, also would like to know how long such a job would take as have two young children, thank you.
