demolish and replace small bathroom ceiling fit ceiling extractor fan

Need to replace a mouldy bathroom ceiling - plaster has also come away from the boarding. Don't want to just cover/lower ceiling. Would prefer if one person can do all works but not sure if need 1/2/3 trades? -demolish/re-build ceiling and replace light fittings/ fit extractor fan in ceiling/plaster ceiling. Have only a small amount of external wall space at back of house to fit ladder to due to conservatory and waste water downpipe so need to consider options in fitting excluder i.e. special ladder fitting would be needed to enable fitting ladder to wall correctly.? Ceiling is about 6ft by 5ft. Have loft conversion so access to void space for fitting excluder ducting through roof space is fine. Tradesman to buy all materials / parts required for job.
