Door canopy

The concrete canopy above front door is in poor repair. Cracks, broken parts and steels are showing. Need canopy repaired or replaced with different design (I am open to suggestions)Within a few inches of canopy is pipe connecting to boiler so not much room to expand on canopy. Live in a 1950's house so canopy is also acting as a lintel.
