Drop Kerb in Derby

I am looking for a quote to drop a kerb outside my property. I need someone with £2 million public liability insurance to gain approval from the council. The current kerb stones are half-battered and i require 1 new dropper and 3 low level ones. Kerb to be replaced by new, and pavement dropped accordingly. Photo Shows Stones to be dropped
