Electric boiler maintainance in a modern apartment

There seems to be no hot water comming out of the shower or any of the taps. Its a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment and there is not gas supplied to the property hence its an electical boiler. This is a recent issue as the boiler was working fine. Ideally it may be something an electrician or an heating engineer with experience of electric boliers will be able to resolve. It may just a simple change of a fuse as the property is only 5 years old. I would need a quote and therefore I am happy to pay for an estimate / call out!
