Electric cable removed and new gas cooker to be fitted

Our old cooker (oven and stove) needs to be removed and the new one installed. The old cooker is a bit of a problem as for some reason, 1 of the 3 plugs used to enable it to function was tiled over, so the other 2 had to be removed from the actual appliance and the 3rd left in. That one now needs to be safely cut and sealed off. We're looking for someone (or two people) with experience to safely cut and seal the cable, remove the old cooker, then install the new one. The dimensions of the old cooker are 60cm deep and across 92cm high. The new cooker is roughly the same. When: From Friday 27th or sometime after (not Fri 3rd Feb or any weekends)
