Electrical Certificate

I need an inspection certificate for an extension i have had done recently, it needs to be a BS7671 installation certificate. The extension comprises 2 sockets which have been wired within the ground floor ring circuit and 2 lights with a extraction fan which have been wired in the ground floor lighting circuit on the end of the loop.
