electrical installation for electric shower and certify/notify

Install a new 10mm supply from meter to shower. Meter is below bathroom with access via floorboards. approximate distance: 6meters. Shower is 10.5KW. Need shower consumer unit with rcd and meter tails. Existing consumer unit is full. Absolutely need this work to be done by a proper electrician who can test and self certify. Must show me credentials first (sorry once bitten twice shy) Shower is in position with plumbing complete.
