The communal stairways lights for the three floors in a small block of three flats keep going out. It is possible that the fuse box will need to be replaced.
The entry phone/ door release system / to the three flats is also not working and needs to be repaired.
Ideally you will give a total price for both jobs but I will accepts quotes for both jobs individually.
Viewing can be arranged. The property is a minute from either warren street or Great Portland street tube.
