ELECTRICAL WORKS DESCRIPTION Phase 1: KITCHEN REMOVALS: •Disconnect and remove 4 no.double sockets and retain. •Disconnect and remove 2 no. fused spur and related sockets connected to washing machine and electric oven. and retain. •Disconnect and remove 3 no. above counter strip lights. •Disconnect and remove halogeon lighting set from cental ceiling. •Disconnect and remove light switch (with 3 switches) and retain. •Disconnect and remove light switch (with 1 switch) and retain. Remove existing wiring to fluoresent strip lights. •Disconnect cooker hood and electric oven and retain. Phase 2 KITCHEN AND HALL INSTALLATIONS: Note: All electric supplies to be chased into walls and ceiling. •Use retained 3 no. double sockets for counter level sockets in locations shown as per 10/001/05 •Use retained 2 no. fused spur and related sockets for electric oven and washing machine. Use new matching fused spur and socket for dish washer as shown on 10/001/05. •Install 3 no. new above counter fluoresent strip lighting as shown on 10/001/05. •Use retained light switch with (3 switches) and locate as per 10/001/05 connect to existing ceiling mounted halogeon lighting set, existing store light and new above counter fluoresent strip lighting as shown on 10/001/05. •Install heat detector in location as shown on 10/001/05 and new smoke alarm in hall to be connected above ceiling to each other and connect (above ceiling) to existing lighting circuit. Smoke alarm and heat detector both to sound if one alarm is triggered. •Connect existing cooker hood in new location and set to ventilate to flexi-pipe. •Connect new electric powered velux roof window to electric circuit. (All wiring chased into wall and ceiling).
