2. Installation of light switch and ceiling rose in 3 x bedrooms, dining room, hallway and living room
3. supply and install batten holder in utility room and kitchen and also two lighting points in kitchen for under
pelmets as well as an extractor fan
4. install light and switch in bathroom
5. supply and install 45 double pole switch and cooker circuit
6. supply and install 5ft vapor-proof florescent fitting in loft, switch to be located near loft hatch
7. supply and install 10mm earth cable to gas meter and water stop cock
8. supply and install 3 mains interlink smoke detectors, ionisation detector in landing and hall, heat in kitchen
9. supply and install 17th edition consumer unit (type with two block RCD's)
