En suite washer replacement and main toilet leaking

En suite system vibrates when flushed. The main toilet used to have the same problem but the washer was replaced (small black circular washer) the plumber at the time did not have another to do the en suite at the same time. Main toilet appears to be leaking when flushed small amount of water is being collected around the bottom. It's pooling on the tiles. Maybe a loose fitting to the back of the toilet.
