Enclose rear courtyard with glass rooflantern

Provide planning advice and construction of supporting structure for a glass roof lantern (e.g. http://www.rooflanterns.co.uk/) in rear courtyard 2.5x3.5m of Grade II listed 5 story building in a conservation area. Courtyard sits between lower ground floor at the rear of the building and the retaining wall of the ground floor garden. Will require construction of party wall (approx 2.5m long) to the right of the property and glazing with door over access steps up to the ground floor garden. Job to start (planning permitting) March 2011.
