End of Season Garden Maintenance

Hi, I'd like to hire a gardener to spend a day on maintenance for the garden. General bits that need doing : - Weeding - Cut the lawn - Tidy the borders - Cut back additional foliage - Clean / de-moss the sleepers - Cut back grasses for winter It's 50ft by 20ft, so fairly small, was recently landscaped last year, and I'd like to get it back to looking as tidy as it first was. The garden is easily accessible and you can park right by it.
