We are looking for a team of excellent handymen to give some attention to our rented flats in New Cross Gate, South East London. They must be proficient in Plastering, painting, woodwork and joinery, electrics and basic plumbing. We have a portfolio of flats in the area, which need frequent maintenance.As our flats our tenanted, we only employ tradesmen who are happy to invoice us directly, with payment by cheque within 21 days. Work will be inspected regularly and we hope to find workmen who can give attention to detail and be courteous to our tenants and leave properties clean and tidy.
