Extend 2 chimneys on domestic property

Extend brickwork on two existing chimneys by 12 courses on each chimney. Existing 4 pots will need to be removed and refitted once the extension work is complete. The chimneys are both on the same gable end wall and are formed on the outside of the external wall. Each course is approx 10 bricks, so there are approx 250 bricks to be laid in total. There is access at the side of the house, approx 1.5m wide and along the full length of the gable wall. The finished chimney height will be somewhere near the roof ridge. Chimney openings to be kept covered while work is undertaken to prevent materials falling inside. Bricks and sand/cement will be supplied and any rubbish disposed of by me. Bidder to use all own tools, machinery and access equipment.
