looking to extend kitchen into down stairs loo and what was the old outside storage cupboard (terraced house) brick work needs to be made good. Roof over outbuildings attached to house and in good form but overhangs by about three foot so looking extent and make flush with roof so L shaped brick work of approx twelve foot to do and put window in. if price right can do as soon as you can start.
